Worldwide implementation of benchmark Mixing/ Compounding process in SaarGummi manufacturing Plants
(Germany, Czech Rep., China, India plus potential new locations)
Job specification
Functional:
- degree in Engineering or comparable other degrees in foreign countries
- at least 8-10 years of work experience in Mixing process engineering positions of an international group, etc.
- good knowledge of process design and/or improvement
- good English language skills (Czech as a native or seconf language)
- advanced MS Office knowledge
- project Management skills
- travel willingness (20-30%)

- able to convince people by good technical knowledge and hands-on experience in Mixing/ Compounding on the shop floor

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- mixing, extrusion and finishing scrap & waste reduction
- compounding quality assurance
- mixing/ compounding equipment and tooling standardisation
- worldwide development of self-sufficient mixing/ Compounding engineering Plant teams
- coordination of Plant-to-Plant cost optimisation projects in area of mixing/ compounding
- plant coordination for Group standard, synergy and best practice exchange
- worldwide mixing/ compounding best practices development/sharing/implementation
- mixing/compounding capacity and capex management for company profit improvement (priorities, and cashflow management)
- task forces management as part of extrusion, finishing and mixing/ compounding risk management
Mid-term challenges:
- develop mixing Benchmark (General)
- setup Mixing benchmark in Hechuan (CN)
- setup new mixing line in Hechuan (CN)
